We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. Using venture capital backed investment, Barrington James has the ambition to increase headcount into our UK offices and our subsidiary companies.

We are flexible on taking someone with or without internal recruitment experience and coming in at a corresponding level. You would be identifying promising salespeople and back office hires, qualifying them and managing them through the interview and offer process, before seeing them flourish in a supportive and successful environment.

Working really closely with our Directors, you will be working with a variety of different teams, roles and will be a key part of our international growth. Working under our head of L&D and TA, you would be fully trained to be the best you can be, and rewarded financially with every hire you make!

Key Responsibilities

  • Using CV repositories, graduate networking and platforms such as LinkedIn to attract and build relationships with promising salespeople
  • Managing several candidates at once, qualifying them and preparing them for the hiring process as it ensues
  • Staying organised and communicating with your candidate regularly
  • Learning how to carry out thorough screening, learning new techniques for interviewing and adapting to your different hiring manager’s requirements
  • Market mapping to understand close competitors and relevant companies who attract the people we want to hire
