We are looking for Support Workers to be based in our 24/7 supported housing projects, in the Pontypridd area, to provide emotional & practical support (no personal care) for young men and women aged 16-24 with high level complex needs. The end goal is for the young people to move on into their own accommodation.

We have part time weekend hours & sleep in shifts available (additional payments made for sleep ins)

Candidates must hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
