An exciting opportunity has opened up to become part of our fantastic team of Support Workers — and it could be just what you’re looking for.
In this role, you’ll provide housing related support to adults within the local community. As a keyworker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals to build confidence, develop life skills, and move toward independent living. You’ll also work alongside a wide network of partners across the county, taking a collaborative, multi-agency approach to help people achieve positive, lasting change.
We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who’s not afraid to think creatively, go the extra mile, and make impactful decisions, always with the best interests of the people we support at heart.
You’ll also be confident using IT systems to keep records accurate and up to date, ensuring that all support is clearly documented and effectively delivered.
