Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Facilitating the unserviceable core return transactions and pool balancing
- Providing service level reconciliation, order updates, and status reporting
- Resolving issues related to parts arriving at customer locations
- Supporting Boeing and partner RCCA and SL discussions
- Gathering and reporting customer-specific service level metrics
The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Specialist role will have:
- A proven track record in supply chain management or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A passion for continuous improvement and driving change
