Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and enhance efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Operations Management:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless production processes and optimal resource utilisation.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of operational activities.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards of luxury and craft skills.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain and operations management within the luxury furniture industry.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
