Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain and Operations Manager with a strong focus on project management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury furniture industry, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a proactive leader who can streamline operations, manage complex projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Management:
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and enhance efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  
  

• Operations Management:
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless production processes and optimal resource utilisation.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of operational activities.
  
  

• Project Management:
• Lead and manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  
  

• Quality Assurance:
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards of luxury and craft skills.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain and operations management within the luxury furniture industry.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
