We are currently looking for a fixed term part time Supply Chain Administrator, to join our Supply Chain team. The The role is to cover a 12 month period of secondment.
The successful applicant will deliver day-to-day operational support to both customers and internal stakeholders. They will provide exceptionally high levels of customer service in terms of lead times, documentation, resolution of problems, and communication with warehouses.
Assisting with the sales and import logistics of worldwide shipments, to deliver business availability targets and maintain accurate inventory control, whilst building positive stakeholder relationships.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar administrative, customer service or sales/sales order processing role. Be competent in using Microsoft packages, in particular Outlook and Excel and will ideally have experience of business central or similar software.
This fixed term contract will run from November 2024 for a period of 12 months.
Hours: 25 hours per week. 5 hours a day, 5 days a week Monday - Friday (09:30 - 14:30)
