Key Responsibilities
As a Stores-Person, you will play an integral role in maintaining the smooth operation of our store, ensuring that everything is in its place and in top condition. Your duties will include:
- Stock Control Mastery: Maintain accurate stock levels using both company and client systems.
- Health & Safety: Ensure the site is compliant with company policies and Health & Safety legislation.
- Inspection of Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of goods received to ensure quality, quantity, and that items are free of damage.
- Efficient Record-Keeping: Issue store supplies and maintain associated records.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure they align with operational requirements, as set by the Operations Manager.
- Quality & Traceability: Maintain high standards of quality control, batch control, and traceability for all stock.

- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask effectively while ensuring high-quality standards.
- Logical & Methodical: A structured approach to tasks and problem-solving.
- Team Player with Independence: Comfortable working both as part of a team and on your own when needed.
- Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Skilled in using Microsoft applications and systems.
- Financial Awareness: Understanding of stock control and its impact on the company’s financials.
- Organizational Expertise: Proven ability to manage workloads effectively and stay organized under pressure.
- Health & Safety Knowledge: A strong focus on risk assessment, hazard identification, and Health & Safety practices.
