About This Role
Just Eat Takeaway is looking to hire a Mid-level Frontend (Web) Engineer for the Experiment Platform team, who are building components that are used by several teams across the company to set up, run, and manage Experiments and Feature Flags that optimise their development and help their decision making.
Work with world-class engineers and other talented teams, who will support you while you champion important streams of work. You'll work closely with the Technology Manager and other internal business owners to ensure you build great UI components that help our users in their Experimentation journeys.

About This Role
Just Eat Takeaway is looking to hire a Mid-level Frontend (Web) Engineer for the Experiment Platform team, who are building components that are used by several teams across the company to set up, run, and manage Experiments and Feature Flags that optimise their development and help their decision making.
Work with world-class engineers and other talented teams, who will support you while you champion important streams of work. You'll work closely with the Technology Manager and other internal business owners to ensure you build great UI components that help our users in their Experimentation journeys.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Tracking the progress that you are making towards the wider goals of your team, and transparently communicate that progress to your team.
- Learn and contribute to the processes, standards and design principles used by the Experiment Platform team and wider web related engineering guilds.
- Contribute to the definition of features, always ensuring we provide an outstanding UI /UX experience to our users.
- Communicate the technical work of your team to other product development teams.
- Take responsibility for owning your changes all the way through to prove that they work well – and continue to work well – in production.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Experience with at least one of Vue/React/Angular, or a similar library.
- Experience writing unit tests in JavaScript using Jest or a similar framework.
- Experience working with SASS/LESS or another CSS preprocessor.
- Experience working in a Continuous Delivery cycle.
- Aptitude to learn through a variety of resources (online, pairing, shadowing).
- Attention to detail.
