Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development:

- Proactively address employee relations, resolving issues while supporting ongoing learning and development.
- Communicate openly and clearly, ensuring alignment and trust across all levels of the team.
- Provide your team with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Prioritise health, safety, and well-being by conducting regular risk assessments and maintaining a secure environment.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a high-performing and motivated team.
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Take a proactive approach to loss prevention, embedding processes that minimise risks and protect profitability.
- Use commercial insights to make informed decisions, manage budgets effectively, and drive consistent results.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
- Address customer feedback thoughtfully and resolve issues to build brand loyalty.
- Represent Mountain Warehouse with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive brand image.
