Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Intern to join our Finance team for a 12-month placement. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a global organization. The intern will support the Services business and the overall SP&S segment in day-to-day FP&A activities, contributing to accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis that drive strategic decisions.

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Intern to join our Finance team for a 12-month placement. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a global organization. The intern will support the Services business and the overall SP&S segment in day-to-day FP&A activities, contributing to accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Create the files required to consolidate the inputs from regions and product lines that will be used with senior leadership for the bi-weekly forecasting reviews
- Assist in monthly financial reporting, including preparation of variance analysis and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data and validate assumptions use in the forecast.
- Perform cost analysis, margin reviews, and trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Help maintain and improve financial systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for management reviews and global FP&A initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge about ERPs/financial systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Exposure to global FP&A processes and best practices.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business management or any other business-related program.
- Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
- Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
- Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction
