Position Overview

Shifts: Flexible hours between 6 AM – 10 PM, including weekends (3 days out of 7)

About The Spa Receptionist Role

  • Manage bookings for treatments, spa days, and fitness programs
  • Confidently handle daily spa opening and closing procedures
  • Execute all reception administrative tasks with excellence and attention to detail
  • Assist with cash management and respond to voucher and brochure inquiries
  • Provide tours of the spa to prospective members and guests, showcasing its many features
  • Answer phone calls promptly and address inquiries efficiently
  • Ensure the smooth operation of treatment rooms and allocate them fairly among therapists
  • Collaborate with spa therapists, leisure attendants, and hotel staff, sharing information professionally
  • Monitor lone swimmers and other spa guests while ensuring pool chemical levels are maintained for safety

About You

  • Experience in a spa environment is preferred
  • Background in hotel or reception roles would be advantageous
  • Exceptional eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and confident communication skills
