- be passionate about supporting young people to reach their potential
- be an excellent classroom practitioner who will support school improvement
- be able to plan effectively to meet the needs of all groups of pupils in the class, particularly for those in receipt of pupil premium funding or who are SEN, and be able to accurately assess learning
- work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team
- demonstrate an enthusiasm for teaching and be supportive of the school’s Christian ethos
