Pearly Cow & No.42 By GuestHouse, Margate are now looking to recruit a superstar Sous Chef to support in the leading of our kitchen brigade from the front, making us the go to foodie destination in Margate.
The Job
You’ll get to support the daily running of our restaurant concept for Margate, Pearly Cow. You’ll get to train your teams in the way that you see fit. Whilst sourcing the best produce from the best local suppliers around and use them to create dishes that inspire wonder.

Salary: 35k
