Hello Margate!
No.42 Margate is now beginning to gear up for busy summer period, and we're looking to recruit a superstar Spa Treatments Manager, who can lead from the front making us the go to destination for a best-in-class treatment in Margate
The Job
An incredible opportunity to oversee the daily operations of a dry spa. Alongside your team of skilled therapists, you'll provide spa treatments to the highest standard (a love for massage will be an advantage), greeting and looking after our guests, managing the spa diary and responding to any guest enquiries.
This would be a great opportunity for the right person, as we pride ourselves on not being a "conveyor-belt" spa, focusing on treatments beyond "one-size-fits-all", creating a unique environment for you to grow and develop as well as your team.
We offer a range of treatments to support the mind and body, but please note we do not offer beauty packages as part of our rituals programme.

So, what does it take to be our new Spa Treatments Manager? You must want to be the best at what you do. Be proud of doing things the right way, even when no one is looking. In other words, be:
Hard working and driven, who is qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Spa Therapies, or similar (this is a must). Further qualifications in deep tissue, reflexology or pregnancy massage would also be on our checklist!
Have a GENUINE passion for health, wellness and looking after people
Have experience in managing a great team in a Spa environment (this is a must), if this includes experience in a spa hotel, even better!
Passion for creating a WARM welcome, whilst having a calming nature about yourself.
Be AUTHENTIC and a real team player, and willing to get involved and support your team with carrying out the same treatments. That one is a non-negotiable!
