What You’ll Be Doing

  • Understanding Business Value: Understanding the business value behind the Application under test and involving from early stages of product development including refinements and backlog grooming
  • Expertise in Testing: Be a source of expertise on testing for IT services, planning, coordinating, and controlling various test activities at different stages of development, and developing suitable test methods using the right test tools
  • Ownership: Taking responsibility for the quality of the application developed and owning the workspace you are leading by providing latest test status with clean reporting to the stake holders and maintain the quality of the application. Being a strong team player with Attention to Detail and Time Management to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Management: Overseeing the technical management and control of the test team while ensuring quality assurance standards across projects with controlled governance protocols. Implementing automation in all areas possible and getting thing right for implementing automation. You'll lead by example, helping to build a future-proof QA function while still being hands-on in your testing approach.
  • Collaboration: Expert in testing and releasing for agile development process and working closely with a scrum team to understand requirements and develop an accurate test approach and always going above and beyond to make the workspace successful.

About You

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Leadership and Mentorship to guide, mentor, and motivate the testing team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Highly experienced in Agile ways of working with ability to implement and follow the test strategy, plan, and procedures, outlining the scope, objectives, schedule, and resources required for testing
  • Test Execution and Reporting experience in designing and implementing the test automation and working closely with technical leads, developers, and stakeholders, defining best practices and to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient test coverage. Have overseen the execution of tests, track progress, and report on test results, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Test Data and Environment Management to ensuring they are properly configured and aligned with the production environment to carry out valid tests.
  • Go to person for Quality Assurance Advocacy, ensuring that testing activities align with project requirements and that the final product meets quality standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools, ensuring ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Minimum 2 years as a Senior Tester or Test Lead position

This is a full-time position with a total of 37.5 working hours per week. The role follows a hybrid working model, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office presence.
