What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach cross-functional Agile teams of software engineers, setting direction, removing obstacles and ensuring on-time delivery of high-impact features for the Ivanti platform.
• Foster a culture of autonomy, accountability and mutual respect, encouraging open communication, problem-solving, and risk-taking.
• Partner with Product, and DevOps leaders to define priorities, align resources and deliver end-to-end solutions from ideation through release and beyond.
• Champion engineering excellence: promote best practices in coding, code review, test automation, DevOps and release management.
• Inspire innovation and support team participation in continuous learning, hackathons and internal development initiatives.
• Use data and telemetry to guide team improvements, performance tracking and decision making.
• Support the personal and professional growth of your team, providing mentorship and clear paths for progression.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience managing or leading software engineering teams, ideally in an agile/scrum environment.
• Strong background in C# .NET, cloud-native development, SQL/NoSQL databases and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud providers (Azure preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to hire, grow, motivate and retain technical talent in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, Terraform) is highly desirable.
• Client-side framework experience (e.g., Angular) and architectural design capability a plus.
• A growth mindset, a passion for innovation and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.
