Contract type: Full time
Role Overview

Looking to make your mark in organic social? This is your chance to join an award-winning creative agency where social is at the heart of everything. Alongside a collaborative, people-first culture you’ll get hybrid working, a dedicated training budget, personal development plan from day one, generous holiday allowance, birthday perks, recognition vouchers and regular team socials – everything you need to grow your career and enjoy coming to work.

As Social Media Manager, you’ll plan and deliver bold, insight-led campaigns across multiple brands and platforms – creating, executing and optimising strategies that drive engagement and deliver measurable results. This isn’t a pure content-creation role: you’ll plan and schedule content calendars, collaborate with creatives, and dig into the why behind the numbers to uncover trends and shape decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute organic social strategies across multiple platforms
  • Generate fresh, trend-led ideas and content to enhance client campaigns
  • Plan and schedule content calendars (blending studio content with UGC)
  • Manage day-to-day client strategies – planning, posting, engaging and community management / social listening
  • Capture and analyse data/metrics to continually improve delivery – producing weekly and monthly reports that go beyond surface metrics, uncovering trends, explaining the why and recommending optimisations
  • Work with colleagues to scope and quote accurately on projects
  • (Bonus) Support PPC/GDN management and deployment

 What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working in a creative or digital agency environment, ideally across multiple brands
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn, and how to optimise content for each audience
  • Proven track record in audience research, data-driven analysis and ROI delivery – comfortable digging into the context behind metrics
  • Hands-on experience with organic activations (paid a plus)

 What’s on Offer

A starting salary of £30-33K (DOE), hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 WFH), 25 days’ holiday plus Christmas shutdown, auto-enrolment pension after probation, an annual individual training budget, two experience days a year for personal development, a birthday meal voucher up to £75, employee recognition vouchers, and regular socials and team-building activities. The agency is based near Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

About the Agency

This independent, integrated creative agency partners with ambitious brands across sectors from tech and education to automotive, leisure and food & drink. Known for bold ideas and award-winning campaigns, their services span design, branding, digital, advertising, social, film and animation – delivering standout creative on every brief.
