As we continue to grow we are now looking for an ambitious, organised and self-driven Social Media Manager to join our rapidly growing team!

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our brand's online presence. As a key player in shaping our digital voice, you will develop and execute social media strategies that captivate our audience, foster engagement, and build community. This role combines creativity with data-driven decision-making to ensure our content resonates with our target audience across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is a trend-savvy storyteller who understands the dynamics of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee content creation, and monitor performance to continuously enhance our digital footprint. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of social media operations and a small team of producers
  • Develop and execute engaging social media and meme content
  • Produce high-quality content that aligns with our brands and resonates with our target audiences
  • Work closely with our marketing and other social media teams to identify current trends and topics that are relevant to our audience
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, sports, memes, and pop culture references
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines concurrently

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent understanding of cultural attitudes, social truths, and news at a local level
  • English speaking
  • Experience in creating viral content across social media
  • Knowledge within the crypto OR iGaming
  • Ability to think outside the box and create and execute innovative social media
  • Proven experience creating branded memes to perform with social media algorithms
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, IG
  • Thorough comprehension of sports, crypto and Web3 culture
  • Proficient copy skills in generating compelling content for diverse audiences
  • Skilled in creative software, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar

Desirable Criteria

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of social media tools, e.g. Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry
  • Plan and organise creators/influence
  • Experience of working in regulated or compliant industries
  • Demonstrated ability to engage new audiences and build online communities
