The Opportunity

As Site Services Team Leader, you'll report directly to the Site Services Manager and be responsible for leading the day-to-day engineering function — ensuring safety, compliance, efficiency, and people development are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the engineering team to deliver against KPIs and improve site performance
  • Maintain and operate an effective PPM system
  • Promote a strong health & safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Manage contractor activity and maintain stock levels for engineering partsSupport strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

  • A relevant Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification
  • Strong planning, organisation, and people management skills
  • Experience in a food manufacturing or fast-paced production environment preferred

  • Clear and confident communication across all levels
  • A collaborative and determined leadership style
