What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of on-site activity, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget
- Champion quality assurance through SnagR and ISO systems
- Lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and support trainees and assistants
- Maintain exceptional site presentation and foster a culture of excellence
- Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and client teams
- HND or Degree in Construction or related field
- SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant safety training (e.g. TWC, Scaffold Inspection)
- Track record of managing multi-phase or mixed-use developments
- Strong leadership, communication and forward-planning skills
- Financially savvy with experience in budget control and reporting
