Freelance Site Manager
Location: Bracknell

We're working with a well-established Construction Management company delivering a high-profile project in Bracknell, and they're looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join the team.
This is a key role on a fast-paced job, overseeing both the engineering/automation package and the internal fit-out works.
Your Role:
Oversee and coordinate the engineering and automation installation, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with the overall construction programme.
Manage the fit-out package including finishes, internal M&E coordination, and specialist installations.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to maintain high standards of quality, health & safety, and programme compliance.
Ensure accurate reporting, snagging, and site documentation.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or distribution centre projects.
Strong background in fit-out and ideally some exposure to automation/engineering packages.
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certified and H&S qualification (Desirable)
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong communication skills.
Able to hit the ground running and confidently lead subcontractor coordination on a live site
