Your Purpose
At R.E.A.L. we have an exciting opportunity for a SEN specialist to join us as Site Lead Teacher to implement an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for learners through individual and small group delivery.
Our Site Lead Teachers work collaboratively and holistically to deliver an education provision which is unique to each learner that gives them the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
Job Role: Site Lead Teacher
Based: City Hub – Sneinton, Nottingham
Contract: Term-time/Permanent/ 37.5 hours per week
Salary: starting from £34,782.19 per annum
We Need
Our Learner’s ideal candidate is someone who can be flexible and innovative with planning and delivery of their curriculum. They should have proven experience of working with children and young people or vulnerable adults within an education setting and be able to demonstrate experience of working with and developing effective resources for young people with additional needs. In addition to this you must hold a relevant level 6 qualification and be able to produce evidence of previous curriculum specific CPD (e.g. up to date developments on curriculum).
