The Role
We’re looking for a curious and driven Sourcing Specialist to help strengthen our direct sourcing capabilities and ensure we attract the best talent across our global teams. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and engaging skilled candidates, and building strong, diverse pipelines for current and future roles.
You’ll report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with hiring managers across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, impact-driven organisation.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to execute sourcing strategies aligned with hiring needs and market trends.
- Identify, engage, and nurture active and passive candidates across a range of technical, engineering, and commercial roles.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to support current hiring and future workforce planning.
- Use a variety of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, talent communities) to build pipelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first outreach to handover.
- Share insights, feedback, and data with the Talent Acquisition Manager to refine sourcing approaches and improve hiring outcomes.
- Support the promotion of our employer brand in the market through thoughtful outreach and candidate engagement.
- Experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role, ideally in a technical, engineering, or renewable energy environment.
- Working knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS/CRM systems).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches at once.
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
- A passion for clean technology, sustainability, or innovation is a plus.
- Experience sourcing across multiple countries or regions.
- Awareness of inclusive hiring practices and diversity-focused sourcing strategies.
- Interest in workforce data, market trends, or recruitment analytics.
