As a distributor we already have relationships with 200+ resellers in the UK alone. You will acquire, develop and expand these partner relationships, driving professional services growth and success across the UK market. You will do this through:
Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partner accounts regarding professional services.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner stakeholders.
- Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align on strategic goals.
- Ensure partners are fully enabled to position, sell, and deliver our professional services.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Provide guidance on solution positioning, scoping, and delivery best practices.
- Identify and nurture upsell/cross-sell opportunities within reseller accounts.
- Track account performance against revenue and margin targets.
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met across partner-led engagements.
- Champion continuous improvement and feedback loops with partners.
- Drive partner satisfaction and loyalty through consistent service excellence.
- You’ve got 2+ years of proven success in sales through a partner-driven model
- You have had formal sales training and are a career focused sales professional
- Ability to develop, build, secure and maintain relationships with key relationships at all levels within a client/collaborator organization
- Self driven to exceed targets and meet deadlines
- You’re highly organised, results-oriented and excited about taking on new challenges
- You will ideally have experience in the software distribution channel for either a reseller, a distributor or an industry leading MSP.
