Your new role
The ServiceNow Analyst is to be the single point of contact for the support and delivery of the Service Now platform, ensuring the capabilities are shared and understood among all internal business stakeholders. Ensuring the demands are delivered and supported in an efficient way according to SLA’s with the support of the 3rd Party ServiceNow Development company.
Acting with consultative approach on Service Now platform and ITSM best practices
**2yr Fixed Term Contract (Salaried)
What are we looking for?
- Degree qualified desirable
- ServiceNow certifications a must
- ITIL Certifications ideally at advanced level
- Good knowledge of a broad range of IT technology platforms, products, services.
- Demonstrated experience working in IT ideally Service Desk
- Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow toolset at developer level
- Experience of implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM as minimum with additional module experience a bonus e.g., ITBM, CSM, HR
- Experience of ITSM best practice frameworks and implementation of these, ideally from an IT support/ ServiceDesk background
- Experience in upgrades to the ServiceNow platform
- Experience of working with external service providers.
- Business/customer facing experience
- Experience of project Management methodologies and practices,
- Proven track record of working both in a team and independently
