What You’ll Do
The purpose of this role is to manage the seamless integration of new customers, services or applications into VBSE Operations incorporating the following functional teams; Problem, Change, Billing, Configuration & Capacity Team, Provide and Service Desk.

What You’ll Do
The purpose of this role is to manage the seamless integration of new customers, services or applications into VBSE Operations incorporating the following functional teams; Problem, Change, Billing, Configuration & Capacity Team, Provide and Service Desk.
- Ensure the reliable and consistent integration of new customers, services or applications into VBSE Operations
- Drive and manage the quality of all relevant information required by the different business functions and delivered by the Programme
- To ensure all key operational process and documentation are constructed and available for all VBSE Operations colleagues to support customer requirements as per contract
- Ensure successful testing and own the go live decision (e.g. AILS)
- Lead virtual transition team
- Project delivery experience/understanding
- Knowledge of the Operations structure and processes
- Strong Service experience gained with IT/Telecoms companies
- ITIL Methodology – Desired
- ITSM Tools and Integrations
- Security Clearance: This position requires the person to hold or to be eligible to undergo UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
