The Work You'll Do
As a Field Marketing Manager – EMEA, you’ll play a vital role in driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across the region, with a key focus on the French market. You’ll be the bridge between our global marketing efforts and regional sales goals—developing impactful, localized programs that bring our brand to life and accelerate revenue.
You’ll partner closely with sales, alliances, demand generation, and product marketing teams to create and execute multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns that inspire action and build lasting relationships. From strategic planning to flawless execution, this role requires a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Work You'll Do

You’ll partner closely with sales, alliances, demand generation, and product marketing teams to create and execute multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns that inspire action and build lasting relationships. From strategic planning to flawless execution, this role requires a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
More Specifically, You Will
- Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs in partnership with sales
- Plan, manage, and execute live and virtual events, ensuring a cohesive pre-, during-, and post-event strategy
- Build sales enablement tools and localized content in collaboration with product marketing
- Drive and measure marketing impact through clear KPIs such as pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI
- Act as a key point of contact for local sales teams, ensuring alignment and amplification of marketing efforts
- Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to support regional program execution
- Support account-based marketing strategies to target key accounts
- Educate internal stakeholders on upcoming campaigns and available resources
- Native French speaker (spoken and written fluency)
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing
- Proven success supporting sales and executing demand generation programs
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience in managing events, campaigns, and agency partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Proficient in using marketing tools such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
- Experience working in or marketing to the French market
- Previous experience in a SaaS or tech company
- Exposure to account-based marketing strategies
