The Opportunity
Service Manager - Warwickshire (Bedworth & Leamington Spa)
Join our passionate team as a Service Manager and lead the way in delivering exceptional support to our supported living service in Bedworth (Turville House) and Leamington Spa (All Saints). Turville House is a development of 16 accessible apartments that provide the perfect mix of independent living and collaborative, community support. Living in this shared building means people can benefit from a vibrant network of friends and staff, while having peace and quiet whenever they need it too. At All Saints people are supported to live independently while forming part of a close-knit community. The apartment building is made up of sixteen apartments, each with one bedroom and a wet room with shower.

In This Role, You Will
- Support, inspire, and develop your team of support workers and team leaders to deliver outstanding care and support.
- You will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities, each with their own unique and complex needs.
- Drive service improvements and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with your team, families, and communities
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum Level 3 SVQ qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 4 being desirable (or working towards it)
- Strong experience in operational and people management
- A valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
- A genuine passion for quality care — and the ability to lead by example
