About the job

We're hiring: SEO Executive | Chester (Hybrid) | Up to £24K


Join Forge Holiday Group—the team behind Sykes Holiday Cottages, Forest Holidays, UKcaravans4hire, and Bachcare (NZ).


We’re looking for a proactive SEO Executive to support organic growth across our portfolio of travel brands. You’ll join our Owned and Earned Media team, reporting to the SEO Manager, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model (min. 2 days/week in our Chester HQ).


What you’ll do:

Create and optimise landing pages & blog content

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis

Monitor website health and implement technical improvements

Use Google Analytics and SEO tools to drive conversion performance

Support PR & social teams with engaging property content

Help grow performance across multiple brand sites


What you bring:

A solid understanding of SEO best practices

Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, AHREFS, Screaming Frog)

Excellent writing and research skills

Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Bonus: knowledge of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, or Google Analytics
