Senior Recruitment Consultant, Construction Trades & Labour
Gillespie People Solutions Ltd.
Date: 1 week ago
City: Glasgow
Contract type: Full time
In a Construction recruitment market that has been a bit unpredictable over the last couple of years, this client agency has continued to prosper across the UK due to an unwavering focus on their own people (and 'family' orientated culture), and on delivering the best service they possibly can to their clients.
Now, as the market is showing real positive signs of growth, they are ready to invest in growing their team in Scotland, by appointing one new Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on further developing their successful Trades & Labour business.
This opportunity will offer you significant career growth opportunities.
As one of 6 offices across the UK, their Glasgow office has developed a strong foothold in the Scottish market via the same unwavering focus on client service, with the support of the wider, family owned and orientated UK team.
As this Scottish business and team grows further, in this full 360 Senior Consultant role you will be a key player in making it happen.
Ideally, you'll be an experienced Construction Trades recruiter that knows their way around the Scottish marketplace and are ready to flex your recruitment muscles in a more progressive, supportive, independently owned family business that will help develop your career, and earning potential more quickly.
In addition to this marketplace, our client is also keen to consider experience gained within the Industrial & Driving recruitment markets, with the same level of ambition, attitude, integrity and focus on delivering great service to your clients and candidates alike (they also have Driving & Industrial teams so you could help grow that business for them also!).
It's a great business and really supportive culture, with ongoing investment in their people and shiny new Glasgow offices just around the corner, so this really is an exciting opportunity to develop yourself in an environment that will bring out the best of you.
With a basic up to £35,000 (DOE), and a very rewarding commission and benefits package, it will also give you the opportunity boost your earning potential.
It's an exciting opportunity, so if you think it might be a fit, then get in touch with Hazel Gillespie ASAP at [email protected], or click 'apply' and we'll get right back to you.
