Trevett Services are working with an innovative MOD provider who are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to work in Portsmouth to lead and deliver specialist construction and estate management projects across the estates.
This is a full time, permanent role working 37 hours per week with flexible, adaptive working options, with typically two to three days working from home.

- You will join a growing team working on a range of small to medium scale construction projects.
- You will be delivering and managing all phases of both new build and refurbishment projects ensuring they are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- Managing project documentation to include Bids, proposals and third party documentation (configuration control)
- Travel to various other sites required
- Working knowledge of Planning Application and GPDO process
- Knowledge of Building Regulations, JSP standard, risk management processes and techniques
- Experience of CDM Regulations and must have acted as client or similar role on a construction related projects.
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts as well as JCT
- Experience of working within the Defence sector is desirable not essential
