The Quality Assurance Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for managing customer complaints, internal and supplier deviations and providing support to production.

This position is part of the Quality Assurance Team located in Portsmouth, Walton Road and will be on site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Investigate and manage customer complaints
• Investigate and manage internal and supplier deviations
• Internal auditing
• Document Management
• Support production
  
  

Who you are:

• Demonstratable success in improving processes to reduce defects
• In depth knowledge and use of quality tools and techniques, including Lean
• Have a good understanding of ISO9001 and its requirements
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role in a manufacturing environment working with steel and NDT requirements
• Internal auditing to ISO9001
