Our setting is part of a family hub, offering valuable support to families within the local community. Conveniently located on a main road, we benefit from excellent bus and train links, ensuring easy access for families. We also provide free parking for staff, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both children and educators.

What To Expect As a Senior Nursery Room Leader
- Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
- Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
- Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
- Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
- Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
