? Where You'll Be Working
You'll be part of a team powering the transition to cleaner energy through end-to-end services in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV charging, and decarbonisation projects. This particular role is within the Electric Vehicle (EV) team, where we're dedicated to making quality, sustainable EV projects a reality. Our teams install charging infrastructure, ensure accessibility and reliability, and integrate systems into the wider energy network.
?? The Role: Estimator - EV Projects
Are you passionate about shaping the future of energy? Do you enjoy identifying areas for improvement and leading on commercial insights that drive successful bids?
We're looking for an experienced Estimator to assess bid opportunities and contribute to competitive tender submissions. You'll analyse project documentation, determine risks, and produce detailed Civils Bills of Quantities (BoQs). You must be confident in building up rates from first principles, as well as assisting with both the technical and pricing elements of tenders.

? What You'll Bring
Proven estimating experience within a civils environment, ideally involving capital projects
Ability to review client tender documents and prepare comprehensive submissions
Experience preparing Civils BoQs and pricing from first principles
Solid understanding of electrical infrastructure and how it is built and maintained
Familiarity with NEC, ICE, and JCT contracts
Commercial awareness and contract negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent people and stakeholder management
Understanding of CDM Regulations and construction planning/sequencing
