About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing in-house creative studio and help shape the future of healthcare delivery through exceptional design. Working closely with our Head of Brand, you’ll play a key role in evolving and implementing our visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to bring our brand to life and create meaningful, user-centered design solutions in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Senior Designer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality creative solutions that strengthen our brand and enhance customer interactions. You’ll work across digital, marketing, and product design, ensuring consistency in brand identity and user experience. From campaign visuals to packaging design, you’ll help craft a seamless, engaging journey for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Design Systems: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Marketing & Campaigns: Design key marketing materials, digital campaigns, and user engagement assets that resonate with audiences.
• Brand Evolution: Contribute to the ongoing development of our visual identity and design language.
• Product Design: Collaborate with product teams to ensure brand consistency across our digital platform.
• Packaging & Unboxing: Design packaging and unboxing experiences that enhance customer delight.
• Creative Leadership: Provide guidance to team members and external agencies/freelancers when needed.
• Storytelling: Work closely with content creators in the marketing team to craft visually compelling narratives.
• Internal Communications: Support pitch presentations and internal brand materials with engaging design.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

• Extensive design experience, with experience in a healthcare, tech, or D2C environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, branding, and campaign work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design/prototyping tools.
• Experience working with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent typography and layout skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to articulate design decisions.
  
  

Bonus Skills

• FE coding skills (a major plus but not essential).
• Some knowledge of motion design and animation.
• Experience in user-centered design principles.
• Background in fast-paced startup environments.

Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus
