A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours….

To join our team, you’ll need a degree in Engineering, preferably with Chartered Engineer status, and substantial experience in leading multi-disciplinary design teams on complex capital projects. Your expertise in fulfilling the responsibilities of a CDM Principal Designer will be crucial, ensuring safety and compliance across all design activities.

As a leader, you’ll inspire and develop your team, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives. Your strong focus on sustainability and efficiency will drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions.
