Job Description:

Join Reposit Group Limited, a leading fintech scale-up, as their first Senior Data Analyst. You'll build the foundational data function, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across all teams. This highly impactful role reports directly to the CEO, shaping the company's data strategy and accelerating growth in the UK rental sector.

Location: Remote

What you will do:

• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI) to surface key insights for stakeholders
• Partner with teams across Sales, Product, Operations, and Insurance to enable data-driven decision-making and self-service
• Work with Engineering to ensure data warehouse and pipelines are fit for purpose, tracking performance and making recommendations
  
  

The ideal candidate:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles with strong SQL skills
• Proven ability to apply advanced statistical methods and build/maintain dashboards (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Proactive, commercially aware, and an exceptional communicator, comfortable building a data function from scratch
