Role Description & Responsibilities
- Working with cross-functional client, partner and DS teams throughout the engagement lifecycle, you’ll play a key part in supporting the teams to ensure there is a focus on releasing tangible client
- business value through our Value Engagement framework.
- Develop and implement business value perspectives for specific industries and clients
- Develop Client Value Models aligning business needs to enablers
- Support RFQ, RFP processes including commercial aspects
- Deliver consulting engagements underpinned by our value engagement consulting framework
- Organise and execute process development workshops, providing process analysis and developing suitable to-be processes with supporting KVIs / KPIs / OKRs as necessary
