The Role:

Parico is seeking an experienced Senior Defence Account Manager who prospers against the challenge of working closely with a small business to solve complex and challenging problems across the Public Sector landscape.


You will be responsible for supporting the Parico Leadership team, driving delivery momentum across customer facing projects and owning internal strategic delivery projects that dramatically elevate and enhance our delivery function. You will translate strategy into action. You will be responsible for working closely with our customers, ensuring that we consistently exceed their expectations throughout project delivery and you will ensure smooth operations across our all of ours project in delivery.


You will work in close alignment with cross-functional department heads and the Parico Leadership team, driving the business towards new heights. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring that we maintain a standard of excellence in customer delivery, consistently meeting and exceeding our customers' needs.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Defence, partner organisations, prime organisations, and other related government agencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring that services we provide consistently meet high expectations align with their objectives.
  • Build and source a team for the client, depending on the needs and skills of our people
  • Manage onboarding, rotation, holidays, training, and working with our customers to forecast new requirements
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and our team members and ensure relevant delivery projects are well-organised and managed in a timely manner; ensure all stakeholders, both internally and externally are regularly updated.
  • Represents the Parico Delivery function through participation in management meetings and steering committees with Senior Leadership Team members.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to provide additional services or solutions that add value to the client’s business, working with internal teams to scope and propose these enhancements.
  • Demonstrating a keen commercial acumen and analytical thinking, particularly regarding the financial aspects of delivery management, to enhance decision-making and strategic planning within the business and the industry at large.

  • You'll have extensive experience managing key Defence accounts and are ready to take your career to the next level. You will have a track record in operations with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • You're someone who thrives on leveraging enabling technology to close operational and service delivery gaps.
  • You will have a goal-orientated mindset and outstanding organisational abilities.
  • You are dynamic, proactive and driven individual, with strong interpersonal communication skills, with a high focus on attention to detail.
  • You can comfortably multitask and prioritise an ever-changing workload.
  • You'll be a Microsoft Office savvy person that thrives on producing quality artefacts and reports.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence and able to achieve UK Security Clearance.
