About The Role

Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting SEN students in their day-to-day learning.
- Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment.
- Implementing learning plans to meet the individual needs of students.
- Working closely with teaching staff to provide holistic support to students.
- Previous experience working in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A calm, patient approach to working with students.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

To work with GSL Education as an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Please provide an up-to-date CV that covers the past 10 years with gaps not exceeding a month and includes all references from the past 2 years, with employer references from all places worked in the past 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
