- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored learning plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
- Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
- Previous experience working with children with SEND.
- A caring and patient approach to supporting students with varying needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A flexible and proactive attitude.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
