We are currently seeking a versatile SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join our secondary schools in Basildon, starting immediately. As a SEMH Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Your responsibilities will include working closely with students to promote positive behavior, implementing individualized support plans, and fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment. Your expertise as a SEMH Learning Support Assistant will be vital in helping students develop their social skills and emotional resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of personalized support plans.
• Foster positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and trust.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
