Secretary/Personal Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate and up to date diaries with appointments with clients.
- Providing excellent face-to-face and over the phone customer service.
- Supporting solicitors in the execution of their role.
- General office duties including filing and scanning.
- Dealing with clients in a sympathetic manner and building relationships.
- Previous audio typing experience is essential.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Good knowledge of office practices.
