Roles & Responsibilities

About Us: The Games Department offers a wide range of activities for guests of all ages. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all our visitors.

Job Description: We are looking for highly motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as a Seasonal Train Driver on our miniature railway. As a Seasonal Train Driver, you will be responsible for operating safely and efficiently ensuring all our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate in accordance with company policies, safety regulations, and protocols.
• Conduct checks to ensure the train is in proper working order.
• Monitor systems and respond to any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Team Games Manager, and guests.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and any incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering guest questions and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
  
  

This is a seasonal zero hours position and will require availability to work primarily weekends and school holidays.
