What roles are available?

Food and Beverage Team Member

You'll enjoy the buzz of working in a busy guest facing role delivering outstanding service at one of our varied food outlets across our site, from serving in our flagship chameleon tree restaurant, to selling snacks at our African Village overlooking the Giraffes and Zebras.

Retail Team Member

Working across our varied retail shops, you’ll be engaging with our guests, from welcoming them to the store, to helping them pick their souvenir, to serving them on the till.

Guest Experience

You will be ensuring an efficient, cheerful and courteous service, welcoming our guests in our arrivals booths, answering and resolving all guest enquiries on the day, meeting VIP and accommodation guests at the hub, and responding to questions via e-mail, social media or by telephone in our contact centre. Experience in a customer service environment is required for this role.

Park Services Team Member

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the park remains clean and presentable, throughout our buildings, with a primary focus on the cleansing of the guest toilet blocks around our site. Alternatively you may be posted around the access points or car parking points in the Park, helping to direct traffic so that our guests know where to go.

Attractions Team Member

Working on one or more of our beloved Longleat attractions, including the Adventure Castle, Rocking Rhino and the Hedge Maze, you will be part of creating the fun and excitement for families visiting Longleat.

Kitchen Production Team Member

You'll be at the heart of our diverse range of kitchen outlets providing our guests with delicious food that caters to every taste. A great opportunity to work in a high volume fast paced kitchen environment. Full training provided.

What will I need to be considered to join the team?

  • A passion for delivering a great guest experience and willing to go out of your way to do so
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and friendly nature
  • Be honest, reliable and committed, and enjoy responsibility and exceeding expectations
  • You must be aged 16 or above as of 31 August this year

    • 16-17: £10.30
    • 18-20: £11.00

Contracts are available on a fixed term basis, up until 4th January 2026. Various working hours over a 7 day rota basis, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required. Full and part time hours available. The earliest start time could be 8am, and the latest finish time could be up to 8pm, varying in accordance with departmental rotas. Positions are available to start from late October, earlier starts may also be available.
