Remofirst expects to continue to grow in 2024 and beyond and is looking for an up-and-coming or established SDR Manager to help spearhead many of our growing projects. As a SDR Manager at Remofirst, you will build, manage, and scale a high-performing SDR team across multiple regions, driving pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with experience in the EOR industry and proven success in managing sales development teams. You understand the challenges of companies expanding internationally and solutions like international PEO, EOR and international contractors. What you'll be doing:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a global SDR team with a focus on performance and development
  • Own the talent funnel and new SDR hires, bringing good talent from your network is encouraged
  • Develop and implement SDR strategies to drive qualified pipeline and growth
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth lead transitions
  • Employ appropriate tech-stack find, enrich and reach out to leads
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and team success


What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years total in sales or business development, with 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Experience in the EOR or global HR services industry
  • Proven track record in building and scaling SDR teams
  • Hands-on attitude, you are able to trial and execute your own processes
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification
  • Experience with buying signals for international hiring plans is a plus
  • Proficient in CRM tools, ideally HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with remote teams
  • Based in EMEA or APAC, with flexibility for global time zones
