Scrub Nurse / ODP | Band 5/6 depending on experience | Wrexham | Full Time

Spire Yale Hospital based in Wrexham is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrub Nurse/ ODP to join our high performing theatre team.

Spire Yale Hospital is located in Wrexham and has additional consulting rooms on the North Wales coast at Abergele. Wrexham is only 12 miles from Chester and 30-50 minutes from Liverpool and Manchester. There are direct train links to London with a journey time of just over 2 hours. The Snowdonia National Park and the North Wales Coast are on our doorstep! We take pride in delivering high-quality care to patients across North Wales and the Borders.

Duties And Responsibilities

Working as part of this friendly and supportive team you can expect to assist patients undergoing a wide variety of elective procedures. You will be expected to provide excellent patient care and carry out scrub duties to a varied caseload of patients. This includes but, is not limited to Orthopaedics and Spine.

Who We're Looking For

  • Operating Department Practitioner / Nurse with Scrub Experience – Orthopaedics and Spine would be advantageous
  • Experience of working in teams and with minimum supervision
  • ODP or RN qualification
  • HCPC or NMC registration
  • SFA Qualification is desirable
