- Engineer mammalian cell lines using brand-new techniques like random integration, targeted integration, and gene editing (e.g., CRISPR-based systems).
- Develop mammalian expression vectors using brand-new assembly techniques.
- Perform phenotypic characterisation of edited cell lines with relevant assays (e.g., NGS, ddPCR, qPCR, and flow cytometry) and cell culture techniques (e.g., shake flask/bioreactor).
- Collate, analyse, and evaluate data, ensuring the production of high-quality information and traceable records under the direction of the project lead.
- Present results in written and oral reports.
