Job Summary
Huawei is looking at for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment function and contribute to the optimization of our end-to-end hiring process. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the candidate experience, coordinating effectively with the recruitment team, and assisting the Talent Acquisition in streamlining recruitment operations and systems.

Job Summary

This role plays a vital part in enhancing the candidate experience, coordinating effectively with the recruitment team, and assisting the Talent Acquisition in streamlining recruitment operations and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including orginasing recruitment meeting, note taking, documentation, and tracking candidates.
- Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment flow.
- Assist in optimizing recruitment systems and tools to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the HR Director to enhance and streamline the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving candidate experience and employer branding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for analysis and process improvement.
Required:
- Mandarin Speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment administration or coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
