About The Role
Days of Work: Variable Shift Rota
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Workforce Planning – Shift allocation; Staff attendance monitoring; Sourcing and coordinating cover for vacant shifts and in the case of absence or sickness
- Staff Welfare – Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field
- Incident Reporting – Liaising with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes and procures, as necessary
- Data Management – Collating and processing staffing data, as required
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- SIA licensed essential.
- To be Proactive, responsible, reliable and capable of leading a team of employees.
- Able to interact and influence front line colleagues and management team to ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled
- Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
